In the Historical Organ in America, Paul Fritts gives specifications on
the organ at the Arizona State University.

The Viool di Gamba reed stop on the Great exhibits some peculiar
scaling.   He gives the dimensions for C that has a top bell (conical
section widening at the top).    Then D has no top bell.   I now wonder
what the C# in between will be?
