Longmore when he lived in Cleveland, OH and was working for the Holtkamp Organ Co. When he moved to Lakeland, FL to work for Klug & Schumacher, he brought the organ along. It was subsequently sold to Jason Lee United Methodist and installed there by Klug & Schumacher. Free-standing and encased on the chancel platform. The Pedal 8’ Flute is en facade with bass CC, CC#, and DD on the left, and Tenor C# - F# on the right. The Manual 1’ Octave breaks back to 2’ pitch at c# 49 for the top 12 notes. Organ documented August 7, 1990 by James R. Stettner The 1’ Octave has subsequently been transposed to 1-1/3’ pitch with a compass of middle c to top c. Status: The sanctuary's basic instrument, used every week. Active and functional 1998.
