3 ranks, a Stopped (wooden) Flute, an Aeoline (tin from tenor C up), and a  Celeste (from tenor C and of spotted metal), all unified on 2 manuals and pedal.  The organ chamber is in the basement with swell shades below a floor grill next to the console, which is located in a side room opening into the chapel.
