The Pedal 16' Sub Bass is enclosed in the Swell chamber.

The Pedal 32' Resultant and Swell II Sesquialtera have been added since the original 1978 installation.

A note in the Catholic Sentinel, November 10, 1978 reads:

                          St. Clare Parish
                          To Dedicate Organ
                               St. Clare Parish, Portland, will
                          dedicate its new pipe organ at an 8
                          p.m., Sunday Nov. 12, liturgy and
                          concert, announced Father Patrick
                          Evard, OFM, pastor. The concert
                          will include works for brass, organ,
                          choir and soloist. Cynthia Ram-
                          pone will play the organ and Bru-
                          netta Mazzolini will be the soprano.
